President and Principal Engineer

§     Started company in 1996.

§     Developed marketing and Quality Assurance Program for company.

§     Developed modifications to Systems that improved reliability.

§     Lead technical auditor for the audit of General Electric.

§     Provided technical support three power plants to reduce outage time by optimizing system performance.

§     Provide training in Performing various Analyses.

§     Development of Enterprise Computer Solutions for Company

§     Develop Web Sites for several areas.  Familiar and used Java JavaScript, and Visual Basic 6.  Web development was performed with FrontPage 2000 and Visual Inter Dev.

§     Provided training to Plant Engineers on RELAP5 Application and Use.

§     Developed piping loads for Reactor Containment Fan Cooler System.

§     Evaluated RWCU Anomalies.

§     Maintained Local Area Network Using Windows 2000 Advanced Server

§     Implemented new programs with the Regulatory staff and authored  several regulatory papers.

§     Provided project management and leadership to 4 groups that included 65 engineering professionals.

§     Provided design and outage support to all engineering, maintenance and operations.

§     Evaluated and resolved several long standing problems of mechanical and electrical systems.

§      Responsible for fuels budget and technical support and analyses for all  fuel activities.

§      Provided training in problem solving and root cause evaluation.

§      Received company’s highest employee rating.

§      Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, & training employees; rewarding & disciplining employees; appraising performance; planning, assigning, & directing work; addressing complaints & resolving problems.

§      Responsibility for developing and implementing a local area network (LAN) with 4 IBM UNIX servers and 40 workstations.

§      Received two design patents from the United States Patent Office.  Also received several International patents for the same designs.

§     Was responsible for full system and design support for the 10 mechanical systems.

§     Was responsible for developing and implementing a living probabilistic safety analysis (PSA) that was actively used for decision making and outage management.
